Risk
All returned goods are at your risk in transit, and losses often are not covered unless you make special arrangements with your carrier. We recommend that you consider registering and insuring your goods before consignment, for return to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are lost in transit and not received by us.
Defects
If any item purchased from us is found to have manufacturing defects covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will exchange or repair it.
Please ensure the following:
You contact us before returning the product to advise us of the details
Goods are returned in their original condition with their original packaging
Goods are accompanied by your original receipt
Goods are not damaged in transit
You pay for return delivery costs
Please Note: If, upon examination, the item is found not to be defective, we will return the item at your expense.
Address for Returns
As we source our products from multiple Australian wholesalers, please get in touch with us before returning any defective goods. After any applicable troubleshooting by phone, you will be issued with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. At that time, you will be advised of the address for returns.
Change of Mind
You are welcome to exchange your product or get a credit or refund if you change your mind, as long as the goods are returned in saleable condition with all original packaging within seven (7) days of delivery. You will receive a full refund, less a 25% restocking fee. As this is a fee charged by the wholesaler(s), we are unable to waive this fee.
